We’re getting behind efforts to raise funds and awareness for men's health issues this November, as our teams power up their tache’s to support Movember.

Enthusiasm and a little healthy competition is growing amongst our teams (even if not much on the top lip is!) as participants spanning all ages and roles across our offices around the world try to grow the most fetching moustache.

While it’s getting increasingly difficult to keep straight faced while looking at our colleagues (especially our CEO and CFO), the fundraising is serious business helping to drive awareness of men’s health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide.

Commenting on the hair-raising initiative, our newly mustachioed CEO Andrew Walsh said: “I have to admit this is the first time I have participated in growing a moustache for Movember. I've previously been too preoccupied with worrying about looking a bit daft in board meetings, but I’m rightfully putting these thoughts aside and focussing on the important issues the event highlights around men’s health.”

And he’s not the only one with around 30 people, including a couple of women (Mosister’s), taking part along with many other active contributors and supporters across IRESS. All the money they raise will be fund-matched by the IRESS Foundation.
