Training

IRESS support staff are located in the heart of the financial market districts, making it easy to attend and assist clients when they need us.

The nature of the share trading environment is unique. Training for the IRESS suite of financial markets products is typically one on one between the client and an IRESS Account Executive. We conduct the training at the client's desk to minimise interruption to their day and so that we can assist in tailoring their workspace environment. Training is an ongoing process that allows clients to receive assistance in large or small doses and at times suitable to them.

 

Cost

Training is incorporated into the subscription cost for clients who subscribe to the IRESS Professional suite of desktop financial markets products directly with IRESS Market Technology.

Users who access white-labelled or re-branded IRESS products must refer to their product supplier for training and assistance.
