Version 1109 of ActiveClient brings electronic loan applications and NCCP compliant processes.
ActiveClient
ActiveClient has recently upgraded to version 1109, now supporting product/lender notes and bringing several other major enhancements.
NCCP readiness
The National Consumer Credit legislation requires brokers to be licensed under ASIC, and to ensure unsuitable products are not recommended. ActiveClient (and the XPLAN Debt Qualifer module) are ready for this legislation by generating overall product ‘suitability’ based on the client financial information and individual product features, and by allowing the generation of a compliant Statement of Advice for mortgages.
eApps
ActiveClient now seamlessly interfaces to the IRESS eApps engine which allows brokers to electronically lodge loan applications directly from ActiveClient.
The eLodgement engine (eApps) for electronic loan submissions is progressing well. Homeside, CBA, St George and ANZ are now complete, with ING and Westpac just awaiting business sign-off. We are now in discussions with a number of Tier 2 lenders for integration to their internal systems.
Print
A major lender has contracted IRESS to provide print services for its mortgage division. This is a major win for IRESS, validating our recent development efforts supporting the technological shift in the mortgage industry.
