CommPay 7.3 includes new customised search functionality, supports multi-dealer environments and allows scheduled statement imports.
Whilst the focus of this release has been around the new customised Search functionality, several new features have been included such as the new ‘multi-dealer’ environment, and scheduled Statement imports. For those dealer groups with a high volume of commission files (in numbers and in size), further efficiencies allows for these high volumes to be processed quickly and easily.
Benefits to comission administrators
Improvements have been made to the following functional areas:
- Reporting
- Statement imports
- Supplier schemas
- Transaction and Statement Searches.
Specifically, users can now:
- Undo a processed statement without having to use the “Reverse” function
- Group commission types for Target analysis
- Process transactions for more than one Dealer Group in the one CommPay site.
XPLAN integration enhancements (available from XPLAN 1.34 and above)
- Statement date now displays on Policy transactions
- The business type is now captured on Lodgement for Mortgage business
- Policy Market value and Product classification are now included in Transaction searches
- Client synch performance enhancements
- Platform Lodgements now allow for FEE commission types for Estimates
- The addition of client FEES within Practice analysis
- Reporting enhancements including additional filtering options for Commission Received vs Expected with FUM.
- Updated Platform and Insurance product lists for Lodging commission
- Customised columns for Policies and Transaction screens
- Customised configuration for available product lists.
XPLAN users can now:
- Specify a commission period Range within Transaction searches
- Specify a commission period within the client focus CommPay Policy search
- Set a user’s ‘default’ commission account for Lodgement
- View the Actual commission for a linked Estimate in the Estimates grid
- Establish whether APLs only are synched to the CommPay product list
- Export CommPay policies to CSV.
