The recently released ActiveClient version 1010 introduced a number of features, including support for product-specific maxloans, and compliancy information screens and documents.
ActiveClient
ActiveClient has been upgraded to 1010 with the following enhancements:
- The qualifier now supports product-specific maxloans
- Compliancy documents produced by the qualifier are stored within the client file
- New compliancy information screens
- NCCP-compliant client assessment documents
Debt Qualifier
The XPLAN Debt Qualifier will also be updated with the new qualifier features.
The national legislation for broker licensing/regulation will require brokers to be licensed under ASIC by January 1 2011, to ensure unsuitable products are not recommended.
ActiveClient and the XPLAN Debt Qualifier are ready for this legislation, by generating overall product ‘suitability’ based on client financial information and individual product features, and by allowing the generation of a compliant SoA for mortgages.
eLodgement
The eLodgement engine for electronic loan submissions is progressing well:
NAB/Homeside, CBA, St George, ANZ and Westpac are now complete.
We are now in discussions with a number of Tier-Two lenders for integration to their internal systems.
IRESS is in the midst of pilot projects with two national broker groups to assess the viability of the eLodgment engine
Our eLodgement facility, along with the market-leading Debt Qualifier, places IRESS in a unique position within the broker-mortgage market.
