We offer a wide range of training and consulting services to get the most out of XPLAN for your business.
When you purchase XPLAN, an Account Executive (AE) is assigned to your business. The AE works with you to create an Implementation Schedule (project plan) to fully incorporate XPLAN into your business.
The implementation process includes training the staff members who will be responsible for maintaining and administering the software. The AE will also conduct a 'Needs Analysis' to determine the training needs of all staff in the business. The AE will co-ordinate training dates and venues, and develop agendas relevant to your business.
Workshop sessions are conducted regularly and are aimed at existing users needing a refresher. These workshops comprise comprehensive training on particular modules of XPLAN. Case studies are used to demonstrate real-life applications.
All training is conducted using the latest version of XPLAN and includes the latest features and functionality. The workshop training calendar is updated quarterly and is subject to demand in each state.
General Public Training
IRESS will conduct a regular series of new user workshops open to the general public. These special sessions are targeted for candidates who require XPLAN training to enter the workforce. The next sessions are planned for June 2013. View the different location schedules for Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, then use the 'Book training' form to register your interest.
IRESS offers customised XPLAN training for any dealer groups or financial planning practices that require tailored training solutions for their staff. We discuss your specific needs, agenda items and timeframes, and develop an agreed training agenda based on your requirements. This training is chargeable based on the number of attendees, time and location of training required.
