XPLAN's native task management ensures processes are assigned, tracked and completed with full management reporting capability. From here, automating business workflow processes is easily achieved by simply linking tasks. Tasks can be staff or client related.
Link tasks to create threads, which are workflows that can activate other threads, or trigger various actions across XPLAN. You can create your own threads or use system thread templates that cover most common processes.

The comprehensive audit trail tracks all changes made to a client's file, and keeps a record of all activity undertaken by each staff member. Powerful reporting lets you create a snapshot of staff activity at any moment in time.
