CommPay Support
CommPay is a commissions payment system, which can operate as a stand-alone application or be integrated into the Xplan wealth management application. Technical issues or queries should be directed to the CommPay support team.

Online Support Community
The Wealth Management OSC (Online Support Community) connects registered CommPay users with our technical support team in an online environment.
The OSC streamlines requests from the entire CommPay user-base, allowing the support team to quickly respond to requests.
The OSC allows users to:
- search for existing questions & responses on similar topics
- lodge support questions - responses by our team are emailed directly to the user and accessible online by other users
- lodge enhancement requests
- submit supporting documentation for their questions or suggested enhancement
- vote for existing enhancement requests
- monitor enhancements currently under development.
